Before you write
- Check that the video plays on YouTube and is not private, age-restricted or members-only.
- Reload the page and try the link again, since most errors clear up within a few seconds.
- If the video plays instead of saving, use the player’s menu and choose Download (on iPhone: Share › Save to Files).
